MSCRM is one of them.. although earlier versions are nothing more than glorified databases.. also they are resource intensive even on the clients. They may argue that they can use the webclient, but because of the images and graphics they show, it can be a pain to access using dial-up or accesing remotely.. Although I have to admit version 3 is promising, but still a it expensive.. If you want to try out if CRM is for you, try out freeware like sugarcrm or the demo version of MSCRM 3.0 .. ifit is really for you, other options would be PIVOTAL, Applix, and MSCRMwhat is the best small business, hosted crm solution. why? needs to integrate with quickbooks.?Q) looking for something that is simple to get started, easily integrates with quickbooks and outlook, provides lots of features such as tracking customer service incidents and email marketing campaigns, offers simple upload and download features via csv, is fairly customizable, and not expensive... less than $30 a month per user ideally. maybe 5 users max initially.

A) I would assume it will work. Vista did offered free beta versions one year prior to its release for testing. I found no mention of it at the CRM website. I'm sure they have experience any problems and have them resolved by now. A quick conversation with them over the phone will ease any worries I'm sure.
